Admissions criteria and payment options
Our program's admission criteria require that your aging loved one is 63 years old or older, or 18 years of age with a functional disability or mentally impaired grant. We accept active Medicaid and private pay, as well as military veterans. No matter the needs your loved one has, we're happy to provide you and your family some relief by providing engaging day center activities (ADC) and consumer-directed home care options for very reasonable prices.
